Processing Time for Medicals (Quebec Selected Skilled Worker)

I applied as Quebec Selected Skilled Worker. I took my medicals on Feb. 22, 2018 from panel physician. My medical results were uploaded on June 8, 2018. I have no message after that. My online application status is, "We are reviewing the results of your medicals". When will the medical review be completed? What's the processing time for medical review?

If you are inland applicant total time period will be 12 to 14 Months

And if you out land total time period will be 15 to 16 months .
In this you will received stages very soon or late ..

I don`t think it should be this long. For it was a few weeks. I can`t remember exactly but maybe 3 weeks. I think you can contact them to verify.

I already contacted CIC but did not receive any reply from in this regard.

In this can't predict as per current trend .... Might received today or at the end of 17 months .

I submitted my application to IRCC in March 2016. So it has already taken 31 months in total. It has surpassed the normal processing time of 17 months.
I took medicals in Feb 2018. So it has already taken more than 8 months and I have received no result of medicals. It has surpassed the normal processing time of 3 months.
I also contacted IRCC regarding this issue. However, I have not received any response from them so far.
Where should I complain now?
