Mine was also ICT filed on 14th Oct and Biometric was completed on 3rd Nov.
Hoping to get approval soon.

Actually I did not check at that time when I filed as mine was ICT and processing time for ICT usually 2 weeks.

US passport does not require Canada visa so No PPR.

Kids with US passport do not need Visa stamped they will get the Visa at Airport it seems which is good for primary schools.

I had the same question for my kid and my Canada Attorney confirmed this. So do not worry.
