Processing time for ICAS and IQAS please

Hi,
WES doesn't consider the university where my MBA is from, so thinking to get it done from ICAS or IQAS, any idea how long they take, online it says like 15 weeks which is bloody long, not sure if they actually takes that long or even more than that?

IQAS. 15 working days

Nowadays, IQAS is taking 15 weeks to reply. Application submitted on 5th Dec 2018 is still waiting to be opened by organization on 12 Feb 2019. Contacting IQAS has given idea about processing time and speed as applications received on 1st Nov 2018 as going to open this week.
