processing time for CSQ (AOR from Quebec immigration office)

Hi everyone,

I’m a nurse apply for Quebec Skill worker on February 28 2013, I received AOR from Quebec immigration office on April 29 2013, till know I have no update, I don’t know the processing time for the interview, according to Quebec immigration site the processing time is 10-16 months.
I don’t know this delay is normal and how many months I will wait more.
