i had applied for Quebec immigration in July 2013 (India),at that time Quebec immigration processing is not slow but know its taking very long time to obtain CSQ according to Quebec immigration processing times (as given on website) it's nearly 41 months for India
so i decided to apply for Federal skilled worker can i Apply for it ,Is it is legal to apply for Federal skilled worker as i had already applied for Quebec CSQ
is it is a right decision for me
or there is chance for Quebec immigration interview in December 2014 for India
