Processing Time - Calendar or business day?

I'm just wondering if the processing time listed on CIC website for trv is calendar day or business day? I applied online in Singapore on 24th June and no update yet until now. The processing time is listed as 21 days; I'm thinking to send a Case Specific Enquiry as it's been 26 calendar days but only 16 business days.

And it is only for guidance not a committment so raising a query is not going to expedite anything just have to be patient and if 26 days becomes 40 or 50 days then maybe be concerned

Precisely, I remember the first week after I applied, the processing time was still 18 days, the next week it went up to 20 days and finally 21 days.
Did you apply through SGVO too?

I applied at Manila, so it took 8 calendar days (12 days was stated on the website). I'm following the SGVO applicants for PR in the other section of the forum, and I sympathize with them.

Lucky you! Just today they updated the processing time again to 22 days...I'm going crazy :'( ??? :'( ???

It is high season... so it is expected.

Also Christmas time is high season.
