Processing time at New York City consulate

I applied for TRV (from USA) on August 4, 2013 and haven't got any reply yet, today is Sep 13, 2013. Can anybody please tell me how long it will take to get a reply from CIC. Is there any way I can contact with CIC? Thanks for your attention!

I submitted the online form for TRV on sep 11 2013, got the reply from cic on sep 23 2013 , sent my passport to new York consulate on sep 24 2013, but haven't got any updated information after that.

Sorry I am applying TRansit visa rather than TRouist visa.

hello, please help.
I sent my passport for visitor visa stamping on 6th Feb 2024 to VFS New York from Dallas, Texas. On the 12th Feb, I got an acknowledgment that VFS received my passport and same day sent it to IRCC and also received it at the IRCC office for stamping.
On the 13th Feb, I received an update that the package was dispatched from IRCC to VFS NYC. After that, there is no update. Scared that my passport got lost or not. what should I do and what delays does anyone else expect as of now?
