Processing time at Islamabad Embassy

Hi.

I just received my nomination documents from SINP. How long does it take Islamabad embassy to process the SINP cases, plus will my case be speeden up if i apply for a work permit?

Well, the CIC website is mentioning 1 year but it usually takes a bit longer presumably due to the backlog problem.
Applying for a work permit in my opinion will hasten the processing of your case.
