Hey guys,

What is your experience, what is the average time period after medical done (RPRF payed and Biodata submitted) and before passport request?

Check out some of the trackers - times vary considerably between a few days and a couple of months

No standard timelines, varies by case. It has been almost 2 months now for me, in fact even my ecas status has changed as decision made last monday but still I haven't got passport request. My friends who applied after me and who got medical request after me have got their passport requests and some of them have even completed their landing.

So, even if you submit RPRF and biodata already, they still can take couple of months?

Yup. I got my medical request along with RPRF and biodata. I just got response from CIC for my email saying you will get a letter in email about the decision taken. I wonder what decision they have taken. Hope it's a good one. ::)

I wish you the best!

majority of cases I saw is 31 days from medicals received in getting a PPR email......3 weeks as an average to get passports back from the date immig office receives your passport....

Thanks!

How can I check if immigration received med. results?
Doctor said that he have sent it.
However, when I check my application online, there is nothing about receiving medicals

Apart from gcms which takes 30 days, you can't
Ecas updates depend on the visa officer processing your case
If the dr says that it's been sent then why would it not be true?

So, doctor send = Ottawa receive ?

Well yes.
It's sent via emedical so it's uploaded online - easy and instant

Great! Thank you!

I have another question, may be you know :)

My blood pressure normally is around 140 - 145; but when I did medicals I was nervous, so it could be higher at that moment (I assume up to 160, but I don't know). I forgot to ask doctor about my blood pressure, and doctor didn't talk with me about heart or blood pressure... My results are already submitted to Ottawa.
Do you think, I can expect request to repeat medicals from CIC ?

Dmp will let you know if there is a problem with your meds - rather than send to cic
If your dr has said the results are uploaded it means everything is fine

I have done with my medical but 2 months ago but no RPRF/Biodata/PPR yet.
I wonder why i dont have RPRF and biodata request yet.
