Processing TIme After Medical

I am new to this blog

I submitted my initial application to CIC Sydney in APril, 2009. In May 2009, I got my confirmation. In JUly 2009 I sent all my documents to Canadian EMbassy Islamabad. My file was transferred to London office in 2010. In October 2010, my file was opened and processing started. I was called for an interview at Canadian EMbassy Islamabad in Nov 2011. Now on June 12, I got my medical documents. Medical reached there on 22 June, 2012. When my next letter is expected,according to your experience?

No one can predict, but from my experience in reading about immigration timeline issues over the internet and website, I think its your last 2-3 months worrying about immigration process. Then enjoy it

I have got my permenent resident visa. My time line is:
Submitted case to Nova Scotia in APril 2009
REceived positive reply in May 2009
Submitted full set of documents in July 2009
File opened for processing at London office in October 2010- Background security checks started and completed in May 2012
Interview at Canadian embassy Islamabad in November 2011
REceived medical letter in June 2012
PPR1 received in July 2012
PPR2 REceived in August 2012
Visa received in september 2012
