Processing time after medical passed

Hello

I applied for Canada online study permit application (non-SDS) from Iraq. I have passed the medical on April 9, 2021. It is been 33 days and there are no updates.
I have send messages through webform but got no response yet. I am so worried,
Is there a chance to get refusal?
Has my application already reviewed?

My timeline:
Date applied: February 17, 2021
Biometrics Collection Letter: February 18, 2021
Biometrics enrollment: February 21, 2021
Biometrics completed: April 1, 2021
Medical request: April 7, 2021
Medical test done: April 8, 2021
Medical passed: April 9, 2021

I wouldnt raise webform after 30days delay, if at all the new TAT is 12 weeks, then you are still within time. Be patient

It is written "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements"

When I applied the processing time for my country was 5 weeks

your application processing started the day u completed your bio-metric. i believe your country had lock-down right ? since you received medical request. i think it is a good sign. expect BVL soon probably in 1 week or two. i would suggest u to order GCMS notes and see. it's just waiting game now.
