Processing time after an allowed appeal

Hello, my husband won his appeal on August 3 2018, does anyone know what the current processing time is to complete the application?

There isn’t any standard processing time after an appeal so it’s difficult to say.

I just found out his application was sent to London and not Ontario. Does this mean anything? That it may take longer now?
