Processing Steps

As we know there are 3 main processing steps:
1. Send Application forms to CIC
2. Send Application forms and additional information to Visa Office
3. Visa Office interview.

For each of this state individual must make payment. If for some reason applicant is declined for processing payment is refunded.
What happens if CIC approves applicant, Visa office also processes application and supplementary documents, but on the last stage (Visa Office interview) applicant is declined? Does they refund CIC and Visa office processing fees?

firstly u dont hv to make payments a every stage there r total two types of fees on is initial aopolication fee 550 per person adnd the other is rprf fee asked at the time of app approval or u can pay it upfront. please note if ur app starts geting processed from vo then there is no refund of initall app fee but u can get refund of rprf at anytime prior landing

as far as I know from July 2010 u don't need to send the document first to CIO and then to Visa office ,u have to send ALL at once .

read the "Document Checklist IMM 5612" for FSW at this link.

on the second page of the checklist, read the section about the documents that are to be submitted to the CIO. under this section, there are instructions to send to CIO, the documents which are in your visa office specific checklist as well.

since police clearances is a part of visa office specific checklist, so i believe yes. for medicals, the visa office will request you to undergo medicals at a later stage of your application processing.
