Chandigarh Canadian embassy is the worst Canadian embassy. Nobody can guess their processing time , sometime they forget to process application because increased number of files they recieved .

I applied on july 4 and hoping for something next week

a person applied on 17 june got visa stamped on 20 July. so we can say that are taking minimum a month to give decisions. PS : it was university category.

Yeah but someone also applied on july 4 at Chandigarh and got mail for interview

Hi prabh bro, I think you should get your visa by tomorrow . Ive been through various forum posts and it appears that Chandigarh embassy has finally picked up pace. They are allotting visa's to all those who applied a month back, as per their respective dates.
Like, I've seen people who applied on 17th June getting em on 17th July, 19th june on 18th July, similarly cases of 20 and 21st as welll..

So hope for the best and keep us updated as well..

yeah i have also observed this pattern . they are getting visa after a month.
