Hello everyone,

I am new to CanadaVisa forum community so I have few questions regarding the Canada Visas. I got married recently to my girlfriend who is currently working in Buffalo, NewYork under F1 Visa status. Her company filed H1 process for which we have to wait till September 2019. Unfortunately i screwed up the F2 visa interview(3 attempts- 1 visitor & 2 F2) and we decided to move to Canada and started processing PR. We got everything ready IELTS, transcripts, police clearance for both and now waiting for the WES scores. My wife is primary applicant and myself as secondary, our CRS score are accounted to 464. So, we are sure that we are through the cutoff and will get Invitation to apply. I used to work as an IT consultant with 5+ years of experience and left the job back in Nov 2018 assuming that I will be moving to US under F2 visa, which did not happen.

We are staying long distance from past 2 and half years and is still continuing even after marriage. Next June 29 is my birthday and I wanted to meet my wife or in another way even before getting PR i would like to visit Canada on Visitor visa basis and stay in Niagara falls city so that I can meet my wife on regular basis (My wife has Canada visitor visa and will be travelling).

So my question is, Should I be telling the complete story to the immigration department or at the board of entry? if I say so will i be getting the Visitor Visa?

Considering all my situation like US visa rejection, not working at the current moment etc. I wanted to be in Canada till our PR process completes and then return to Canada with PR's after stamping. I don't have any intention to work in Canada during my visitor stay.

Can anyone suggest on this please?

Unfortunately, considering your circumstances, getting a Visitor visa seems unlikely. However, the only way to know is to apply. Do it before your apply for PR.

You can apply but with 3 US refusals, no job and intention of applying for PR, you have almost no chance of approval.
