Please note that processing of online applications has started for the following territories: Latin America, North America – outside Québec, North America – Québec, Eastern Europe and Western Europe.

The processing of online applications from sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, Maghreb and the Middle East has not started yet because applications received before December 31, 2015 in paper format have not all been processed.

Old news.
 
Someone told me they will start processing in November-December 2017 for all online mon project candidates. Not official though, but experience people can be trusted if no one is providing correct information.
