Processing IMM1344E, but bar codes won't print?

Hi there!
I'm in the process of doing this form, and for some unknown reason, the bar codes won't print. I have validated my form a couple of times. Could it be because I am using a Mac computer? Anyone else have this problem, and if so, what did you do to fix it?

Make sure you are using the latest version of the form, available on the CIC website.

Just checked I am using the correct form. Not sure why it's not working.
