Processing fee

Hi friends....
I'm ready to send my application to CIO, NS canada for initial assessment.
But I've two answers to know.....
01. How much canadian dollar I've to pay this time for me (main applicant) and for my wife(accompanying member) as fees ...Is it cnd $550.00 or cnd $1100.00? I didn't find any instruction whether to pay only for main applicant or all accompanying members during initial assesment at CIO NS Canada.
02. Do I need to put two envelopes with my appl. kit ....mailing address printed on those... one in english and the other one is in my country language?
OR, will I just put two mailing labels without envelopes only?
Plz answer to help me........

2 mailing lables. One should to be in official language of your country and second one in English. There is no need to put seperate envelopes for each lable, if you want to put lables in envelope, I'll recommend just put in one envelope and write on envelope " mailing laables" . Just avoid too much papers etc in application package at initial stage. Good luck
