Majority of Jan and Feb applications have been cleared. May be some are still being processed due to review required stuffs. And may be some of them are being processed in Winnipeg like ours.

Its weird that perfect applications are still in delay in this location. one updates comes in 15 days.
Regular processing time is > 7 months

I just hope we aren't just left in the dust because the IRCC's priority is now to process February applicants...

I found out my Application is at winnipeg office too.AoR -11/feb 2019....According to GCM notes they sent my application to winnipeg on 25th April and i am waiting from more than 6 months now.No response and they aren’t even asking for any more documents.My application is under CEC category.
Any suggestions?

There are file awaiting from last week of January for the decision. Your's is Feb 2nd week. So May be need to wait one more month.

That's assuming cases get processed on a first come first served basis, which seems like a big assumption for the IRCC

I am sure its valid for IRCC Winnipeg but for other VO it can be random selection also for e.g based on NOC.

Alex, in my knowledge your eligibility should be recommended pass by case agent around mid of april. After that it is waiting for visa officer.Check the date. I think almost we all are waiting for file to be touched by officer.

? It can be seen only on GCMS note. You will see updates on your online portal only after landing interview.
