Yes, there should be. but I am 100 % sure that CIC Winnipeg is fair in time line. First come first serve that mean right now January people are getting PPR/ interview. So May people getting PPR are 100% not from this location, may be from CIO or from CPC ottawa.

True.. But at least January applicants should get their PPR on time so that we can expect our PR's. Everyday I check this forum expecting at least someone from January applicants get their PR.

Have anyone used On-line service at CIC website?

Not sure why but I am unable to track my file with it. The system cannot identify my file with the info I provided.

BTW during my call yesterday, the CIC agent specified that Winnipeg office is a primary office, not a secondary... not sure what that means

Called CIC yesterday and found out that my VO is at Winnipeg. The call center agent also told me that my eligibility is "recommended pass". What would be the next step?

Did anyone get ppr recently from this VO?

Don't worry Just sit tight chill out and do nothing till July 24, 2019. Next Day July 25 Call them if you haven't received anything.
