Processed decision envelope

Hello plz help me...

I got pasport request on 23 jan 2019.
Then i received an email on 30 jan 2019 that "my processed decision envelope has been dispatched through VAC delhi to VAC Jalandhar"

I received two more emails on 31jan 2019 that " my decision envelope has been dispatched from ircc office to VAC delhi"

And then " my Application has been dispatched to ircc office for processing"

It is so cnfusing. Is it positive or negative? How long will it take? I m very worried

Actually , my agent told me that embassy has asked for my passport so i gave it to my agent on 25 jan

In most of cases passport request is positive result.
U can check status of application in online account to confirm ur application decision.
It seems ur stamping has been done and u can expect ur passport soon.

U applied online so how can u link ur application.
From which account u applied check with that .

Means as my agent applied online so only he can check the status? And i cant link application to my cic account

It's usually an approval.
Processed decision envelope mail is sent for approved applicatns
