Process to get a Visa for my Spouse

Hi,

I had applied for my WP through my employer, I was Single while I was applying for the WP.
But recently I got married and also got my WP for 1 year validity ( W1 Worker Visa + WP approval).

But I do not want to travel without my spouse.
How can I get a visa for her now?
Need to apply for a fresh WP for both or us or can apply Visa only for my wife under some category?(She does not intend to work in Canada)
