Well i gave interview for canada so i want know whats the next step and how long it gona take me to get the visa

Applied before feb 2008 process time

I applied on 20 Nov 2007 I got the acknowledgement letter from London office in Jan 2008 but after that I have received no letter and can not come to know what is happening to my case.Except getting a letter whether I would like to continue or take back the fees , I did not reply for this letter ,which indicated I wanted to continue..

Can any one guide me to have a decision to write to canada office or still wait further.

The reply of the above wil provide me a good hope.
