Process post submission of documents after recieving ITA

Hi. Urgently need help.

I got my ITA and have submitted all my documents related to it. I want to know can I get married now? Will this lead to recalculation of my points? If not and i inform IRCC about it and add mu spouse as well, will we both get PR together. Or it will be just me?
