Hello everyone,

I worked at Accenture & then at Amazon both in the business operations team. My main job duties were to research information & update in tools. Though the tools & information differed in both jobs, the work was same i.e to research information & update on tools. I am sharing JD for both. Kindly advice what can be NOC

1.

JD

-Verify, cleanse, merge, extract, consolidate and validate data on Salesforce, Vector, Informatica & Reltio by performing data mining analysis

-Analyze current data, identify discrepancies and ensure completion through research

-Provide quality assurance of imported data

-Visualize data in a meaningful and informative way

-Acquire data from valid primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases

JD
-Analyze basic case level inputs and identify predictors, business related problems and improve
delivery / customer experience by case-level corrections.

- Identify and uncover areas of opportunity and highlight the same to managers.

-Collaborate with intra-space multiple resources as per need and carry out basic needed analyses to
help ensure efficiency and effectiveness of programs.

livraison / expérience client par des corrections au niveau des cas.

- Identifier et découvrir les domaines d'opportunité et les mettre en évidence auprès des managers.

-Collaborer avec plusieurs ressources intra-espace selon les besoins et effectuer des analyses de base nécessaires pour
aider à assurer l'efficience et l'efficacité des programmes.
