Good afternoon, Im an employer in the province of Quebec and I would like to know the steps to take because one of my employees with work permit has decided to quit.

Everything is ok, but i want to know if i need to call Revenue Canada, or revenue quebec, or where exactly i have to announce that he is no longer working with me or if he can get any problems because of that

I really hope you can hep me out with this. Thanks so much.

My employer really needs this information. Im stucked here.
You can report to CItizenship Immigration Canada and Service Canada about the termination of employment. The foreign worker cannot be removed from Canada but if he/she leaves for any reason, CIC will know that he/she is not longer employed .

It seems like you are the employee and afraid what is going to happen to you if your employer reports to CIC that you are not longer working for him. Worst scenario is that you could not be allowed to re-enter Canada if you decide to travel as you don't have a job and if a new employer is found you need to prove how you pay for rent , food and daily expenses without an income
