procedure to change institution in study permit

Hi,

I would like to know the procedure to change the institution in study permit (within the same province - Ontario) . My visa application(offline) is under process. The course remains the same (M.eng ECE) . And should I change it now or after I get Visa ?

I don't think so, that you can change institution. If u will change, I think you have to apply again for visa.
