Hi all,
I hope everyone is doing fine.
I recently got an offer letter from SFU for their Professional Masters program. In the letter, they specified two conditions to be met. First one is to send official transcripts to SFU and the second one is to achieve a minimum of 3 GPA in term 1 and term 2 after the program starts. As I'm an international student, how should I proceed with my visa application. The condition specified will only be met after the completion of term 1 & 2 at SFU.
Now I've following questions regarding visa:

- Will this condition effect my study work permit?
- Can I still apply through SDS category?
- Do I need to apply again for study visa after the conditions are met.

Any help is appreciated guys. Thanks a lot.

You can apply for SDS study permit. If approved, you don’t apply again unless your study permit is only approved for the first two semesters. Then if in Canada, you extend your permit. Have you sent in your transcripts?

Hi thank you for your response. I thought for SDS you need an unconditional letter right? No I haven't send my transcripts yet (still in my 8th semester). Can this condition effect my study work permit?

Does it state this in the SDS requirements. Many people get a conditional offer.
