What is the procedure to add the spouse's name to an application that is currently under process? I submitted my application to the Buffalo consulate in November before the new procedure was put in place. I have already got the file number and can track my application online. So do the spouse documents go to Buffalo or Sydney office?

So do the spouse documents go to Buffalo or Sydney office?

You need to inform Sydney office about you spouse details to be included in the application along with the application fee to be submitted. At the time of submission documents, submitted all documents as required and mentioned by CIC Information guide.
