Procedure for reissue of an Indian passport from within Canada

I just want to know the procedure for renewal of an Indian passport from within Canada.

just go to indian consulate general office, fill out the application, attach all the necessary documents and done

This much easier than India just you need some local identity & find out the consulate for your area & visit them with the application, documents like local identy & address, old passport etc
