Hello folks, I received the letter as stated above and in the state of depression now. (PNP EE), Im now currently reside in Canada under Visitor Record.
I have problem with the work exerience as my work permit expired before PR submission and IRCC is now concern about the Proof of funds. (I know, my fault, but my consultant did all the work and advised me every single step, But still, I'm held responsible for it)
"As you have not held valid status to work in Canada since XXXXXXX, you must provide financial documents that clearly indicate that you currently hold the minimum required funds for settlement in Canada. These funds must be readily available to you and unencumbered"
So basiclly: I have around 3k in Canada that is ready to be stamped by the branch and my parent funds sent to me with the amount of 14,500 CAD
The only thing I concern is is the Fund from my parents, which is considered to be Deed Gift.
- I have the customer Snap Shot/Balance letter stamped by the bank in my origin of country, amount includes the transaction from my parent
- A deed gift letter from my parent explain the fund is for me to use, signed by my parents, the letter is Translated to English and Stamped and local committee (also from my origin of country)
- The Transaction Letter from my parents bank, Both in English and my origin version
- The customer Snap Shot/Balance letter stamped by the bank here in Canada
I'm not so sure if anything is missing, PLEASE ADVISED![Frown :( :(](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
I trully dont want my years of work going wasted . Please Help!!!!!
