Hi all,
I reveicrd a letter from cic "Procedural Fairness"
It said "This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. I am writing you this letter to express
my serious concerns regarding your application"
I have 7 days to submit additional information regarding my education in canada.
30 bonus points are assigned for an eligible credential
from a university-level program at the master’s level or at the level of an entry-to-practice professional
degree.
As you have not provided sufficient evidence to confirm that you have a Masters or 1st year professional
degree from a Canadian educational institution, I have removed the 30 bonus points which were assigned
to you for Canadian Education credential.
This change in your qualifications resulted in a loss of points that brings your rank below the lowest
ranking person who was invited to apply in your draw, under the Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking
System.
My score without the 30 points go down to 470 and draw number 50 in 22 dec =475.

What do i need to do? my score its good enough from draw 51 also without the 30 points for Canadian education...
My medical exam no longer in valid (until feb 17).
Do i have a chance without sign to another application?
Thanks

Was your Degree not Master's or Professional One? Why did you choose Master's Degree if it was not Master's Degree from Canada?

Was BG Check in Progress?

You have to be above CRS in your draw you were invited to apply!! And I have serious concerns that you might be banned for Misrepresentation!

Please explain to them why you have chosen Master's Degree in detail. If it was a mistake then explain how this mistake happened! and if it was seriously misrepresentation, then prepare to appeal 2 or 5 Year Ban

Its a professional degree of Postgraduate Medical training.
"eligible credential from a university-level program at the master’s level or at the level of an entry-to-practice professional degree for an occupation listed in the National Occupational Classification matrix at Skill Level A for which licensing by a provincial regulatory body is required, or
(iii) an eligible credential from a university-level program at the doctoral level".
Yes BG Check in Progress.

Do u mind sharing the name of your university and the degree u completed??

Honestly I don't know about Postgraduate Medical Training, however, if you haven't received Master or Professional Degree Certificate then you shouldn't have included

Any chance your University is willing to share a certificate?

When your BG was in Progress?

FSW or CEC or PNP?

Inside or Outside Canada?

Your score needs to be good enough for the draw you were selected from. If you were selected as part of draw 50, then you need to remain at 475 points or above or your application will be refused.

Ohh My My! If your University is willing to give you certificate then you are fine to go.

Just in my opinion, my brother medical doctor in the US

MBBS 5.5 Years from India
MD along with Medical Fellowship 4 years so I am bit surprised to know that Canada is offering Degree Similar to MD in 2 years. Then Canada is different from the US

Get in writing from the University
