80 days complete no response from banglore Vfs :(
Still waiting for decision ...
what to do in such situation ?

Nothing you can do but wait. Once you are in a procedural fairness situation, your application processing time is non-standard and it's impossible to say how long the overall processing of your application will take. It's quite normal to wait many months after the submission of a procedural fairness letter answer for a response from CIC. Again, nothing you can do but wait.

Hey,

Sad to know about your situation

Can you please tell me what happens with your college fee ?

Did they refund it to you ? Or transferred to next possible intake?

I submitted on 6th september and no news yet..
Seriously, does it take such a long period to declare decision.. i missed my sep intake, i had applied for college fees refund even no response from them too. 5 weeks passed to it..

Once your decision is made you send them a copy then ask for your refund.Tell them why you are asking for a refund if your vusa has been rejected. As I said too send a copy of your decision from CIC.Check refund deadlines on the school website.Schools have their dates or period to do refunds so check that out.
As for your visa I really doubt whether things will be fine.I am in thesame situation like you.

Hi! I applied online last October 28 and I am so stressed out with the outcome. I would like to ask if which is faster? Online application or thru VFS? I did all the application by myself.

Is it okay if I apply online and apply also through VFS?

Thank you! Your response is very much appreciated. :) :)
