The lawyer i used for the Application its likely to get me a Ban. He want the Lady to admit that it's just Human Error and an Oversight. Meaning i am aware we didn't add it.
Human error won't explain this. These are huge omissions.

In my opinion the chances of your getting a ban are likely very high.

I don't know how an oversight explains this. Not mentioning a previous marriage and a previous sponsorship when this is specifically asked for in the application is not an oversight.
So I wanted my wife Letter to state that she didn't mention it to me because of what she went through in her previous marriage and she didn't want it to affect her new Marriage. So that I can be refuse but not get any Ban. Will I still get a ban for this reason. I am also adding our commitment in the Marriage. We bought a land building, we have 15 witness letters from family and friends confirming the Marriage too

This also means your marriage itself isn't valid. This is a huge mess. Again, saying oversight or human error doesn't even begin to explain this. This was clearly intentional, at least on your wife's side.

Yes, it's still very possible that you will be banned.

Your marriage isn't valid. It doesn't matter how many people were there.

Maybe that will help me not get Ban. My case is Complicated and the ban is high
But understand the letter they ask of Additional information. Does it mean if we present the Divorce Certificate and all relevant document which wr have there will be an oportunity. Or can any one refer me to any Lawyer who is good with PFL my Lawyers reason is not good

Presenting the divorce certificate will not magically fix the problem. You have to explain why the information was misrepresented in the application. In other words, explain why you wife lies about her status and the previous sponsorship.

Your marriage also isn't valid from a Canadian immigration perspective. So you have that problem as well.

So my First Explanation was in the miss of the Application. IRCC requested my Lebanon Police Certificate even though it was a requirement and I didn't submitted it so I wanted the letter to state that we taught as we didn't submit it to IRCC initially they have to request for us To submit it. And we have previous Chat that show we wanted to disclose it but we mistakenly understood that we have to submit all those upon request

My submission was IRCC after I submitted the application requested for my Lebanon Police report i didnt submitted initially, so I am making a case that as we notice that we didn't add the previous DIVORCEE, WE MISTAKENLY understood that IRCC need to request for it before we submit it, similar to how they requested for my Police report after I submitted it

Submit everything you can.

However this is very very different than not submitting a PCC with your application. Your wife lied in the application about her past divorce and lied about her previous sponsorship. You have to explain why these questions were not answered truthfully.

This is a ridiculous explanation. It makes absolutely no sense. So you are saying that you through it was ok to lie and say "no" to the question about previous sponsorships and to fail to declare a past divorce in the application unless IRCC specifically asked you about this? And only then did you have to tell the truth? That response makes zero sense.

Generally speaking, the only thing IRCC hates more than misrepresentation is when people fail to take responsibility for misrepresentation. Let's be honest. It's very clear your wife knew these answers were lies. This is clear to IRCC as well. She hid her past marriage and past sponsor in multiple ways. This was done on purpose.

Anyway, your life. You do what you want.
