Greetings to all on the forum.Please I just received a procedural fairness letter from the visa office about one financial document.They ask me to provide additional information to this regard.Now I want to know is it still possible for me to have my visa if I respond positively to the letter?
Please I need your help and advice.

If you can show evidence to convince IRCC that your document is not fraudulent, your app will be processed as normal.

If IRCC is not convinced, you can expect refusal and a 5 year ban from Canada fro misrepresentation.

I can't say what evidence you should submit or whether it will work. Submit whatever you have to show the document is real.
