i received PFL a few days ago.
i applied for visitor visa with my family -
PFL says i have provided fraudulent proof of employment ( which isn't true at all ).
i showed them 2 sources of employment , 1 was from my business in which i am share holder.
and one was regular employment ( in which i submitted my employment verification letter)
i have responded to them already .
have any one received PFL on similar reason ?
how can i a visa officer be so irresponsible threats applicants for a 5 year ban without even verifying the details.
P.S i got USA visa approval this month on same employment , and i provided them with my usa visa copies in the hopes of getting the processed done faster, instead the VO sent me PFL a week later.
