I try to explain that was the bank fault I also attach the apology letter from the bank and got another bank statement from another bank plus my father business license.
You can win it but you need to show 3 things.

1) Apology Letter
2) The Amount and the source.
3) Current Account with the required amount.

OP submitted response to PFL months ago. You only have a few weeks to respond so OP should have consulted a lawyer then.

Apology letter from a manager is most likely not enough. Should be from the top executives explaining error. If a small bank should have included its banking numbers and validation as a legitimate and legal bank in that country. Seems like OP is using father’s business accounts which for study permits may not be considered. IRCC wants personal funds or absolute proof that his father is the only one who has access to deposit and withdraw those funds.

I am in the same boat. We moved our funds to one of our different account. Did you apply for visitor visa? If yes then when did you apply?
