No timelines because PFLs are very serious so can take months or years depending on the reasons.

Do u know anyone who got appproved/refused without ban?

We've seen people refused and banned, just refused (but not banned), and also approved. It depends on the nature of the misrepresentation and your response to the PFL - also some element of luck and chance.

OK what's that ghost update indicate? The first ghost update was confirmation what's the 2nd ghost update?
A ghost update just indicates that an officer may have opened your file. Doesn’t mean it is being reviewed. What does your lawyer say because most people get representation for a PFL.

You can challenge it using a lawyer but if you are confident that you didn't misrepresented in any way.

Specifically, you have submitted a fraudulent statement of account from (*****) Bank in support
of your application. This is a material fact that could have induced an error in the administration of
the Act. By virtue of submitting fraudulent documents, it also further leads IRCC to question the
authenticity and credibility of the other documents submitted in support of your application, your
purpose for travelling to Canada, and your ability to fund your intended stay in Canada.

Was the bank statement fraudulent?

Did you apply on your own or through an agent?

How did you respond to the PFL?

I apply by my self and Wasn't fraudulent, the bank was small, when my father went there they told him they didn't enter it into the system due some technical problem and the manager gave him some apology letter.

I try to explain that was the bank fault I also attach the apology letter from the bank and got another bank statement from another bank plus my father business license.

It's hard to know what to say. You'll just have to wait to see what happens.

I think your case would be clearer if the bank statement had been accurate and no statement from another bank was required.

Anyway, nothing you can do but wait.
