Today I received a procedural fairness letter under section 16(1) and below is what they mentioned in the letter.
I have serious concerns that you don’t meet the minimum amount of settlement funds that you need to immigrate to Canada.
You have declared in your application for permanent residence in the Federal Skilled Worker category that you have available funds in the amount of $15772 (CAD). I note that you provided bank statements and different documentation showing available funds in the amount of approximately $$XXXX (CAD).
However, the documentation that you submitted also demonstrates that you have different personal loans in the amount of approximately $XXXX(CAD).Therefore I am asking you to submit any additional information/documentation that would allay my concerns. You have 7 days from the date of this letter to submit the additional information using your MyCIC account.
I showed all my loans in my application and now I have closed all of them and thinking to show all the closure certificates of all loans along with a balance certificate to prove that I have sufficient funds to settle in Canada? Please advise if I am going on right path? Please help
