i get this letter yesterday, i honestly made mistakes unwillingly. Could you please guide me. i have attached letter bellow. One mistake i want to address is improper employer name in my IRCC application compared to submitted offer letter.
Dear Applicant,
This refers to your application for Permanent Residence in Canada.
I am writing you this letter to express my concerns regarding your application for Permanent Residence under Canadian Experience Class and your status in Canada.
I note the Offer of employment provided by the employer “TransForm Automotives Ltd.” does not list job duties performed with the employer. Additionally, I note there is no letter of employment provided by your employer “TransForm Automotives Ltd.”
Please note: as per the instructions for Canadian Experience Class applicants the following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared: a reference or experience letter from the employer, which should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company), should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits.
You are welcome to provide any additional information/documentation that would allay my concerns. You have 7 (seven) days from the date of this letter to submit the additional information using your MyCIC account.
If you choose not to respond with additional information, or if your submission does not allay these concerns, your application may be refused.
