I APPLIED FOR 2018 JAN INTAKE IN UCW , i applied through online cic account from Pakistan on 19 oct 2017!
i got a message in my cic account about procedural fairness letter about question 2b have you ever been rejected.............? i mistakenly checked no but factually it is yes . i got rejection from US embassy
and they are providing me a chance to reply them back in 30 days.
can anyone help me with this matter?
how to write a letter ?
and is there still a positive chance to get a student visa after replying them with it?
urgent help needed

You should respond and say that you made a mistake in your application and confirm that you were in fact refused a US visa. It's extremely unlikely your study permit is going to be approved. What you now need to be worried about is CIC making a finding of misrepresentation (lying in your application) and banning you from Canada for 5 years.

No tolerance on this mistake - it's viewed as lying in your application. It's pretty much guaranteed your visa is going to be refused. Yes - you will need to apply again from the start and submit a brand new application.

When you submit your new application, you will now have to list two refusals: your US refusal and also your Canadian study permit refusal (assuming this application is refused).

Reply them ASAP and call them and accept each and every mistake you did otherwise they will ban you for 5 years due to misrepresentation.

Sometimes it can take up to a few months to hear back.

And i need a serious help now .
As i told my university that they rejected me and they told me that in that case they donot refund the fees which i have sent them for all the semester. Is theee any rule like that ???

Help
Universities will only refund your tuition if you got refused based on reasons such as family ties or financial information. You should look up the refund polices on your university website. I believe that refused based on misrepresentation is not eligible for a refund.
