Hi. plzzzzzzzz help me
(((((((((( I just received a procedural fairness letter including these concerns:
- Your courtship is vague, considering that you are cousins and known each other since your childhood, it is unclear how your relationship evolved into a marriage, having that you were both married to other people and that these marriages were terminated just prior to marrying each other.- You attempted to travel to Canada on a number of occasions, applying for Temporary Resident Visas in 2019, 2020 and 2021. In your 2019 applications you declared being divorced and travelling to visit your family in Canada, and failed to declare your relationship with the sponsor. As such, these previous applications raise concerns regarding your intention with marrying your cousin. - You provided evidence of correspondence in English. It is unclear why you would communicate using a foreign language while both being native in Farsi. - Your marriage ceremony appears to had been held in a very intimate setting with only immediate family members present. Considering that you are related, the presence of immediate family does not account to a sufficient level of social recognition for your relationship. - We have received an anonymous tip claiming your relationship with the sponsor is a marriage of convenience. This information was received prior to your application.
it seems that the officer has made a mistake as i was divorced 5 years before i got married again and he has all the documents and info. and in my country (Iran) cousins marrying eachother is blessed but i know it's not accepted in western culture and we also tried to explain that in our application. we know that my husband's ex wife has sent an email to immigration saying our relationship is fake and we have her emails to us threatening us as well. and due to corona we were not allowed to throw a big wedding but we had a ceremony with parents and close friends there. we have a lot of documetns showing that our relationship is genuine because we have been in touch on a daily basis and been traveling alot and seeing eachother and those visitor visa refusals were after that we were married and my husband applied for me. but before that in 2019 i applied with my family (father & mother & sister) as a family and it was just the beginning of our relationship and it was not offical and i didn't say anything.
