yes- i did not submit any new document but that was the only option available on the webform page to select- in order for me to update and notify them about the error. i know i am so stressed out and can't sleep well because this is a horrible mistake . Please pray for me that at least they allow me to withdraw the application. so that i can re submit the application

Its an innocent mistake, but Canada takes it way too seriously.

Hello Everyone, I am new to this forum. I i applied for my parents supervisa online on jan 31st, 2022 and I forgot to mention that they had a Canadian TRV refusal 8 years ago and while reviewing the confirmation messages from IRCC- i realized i accidentally did not mention the previous visa refusal at Canada. I have just now requested a withdrawal for both applications. also sent another webform mentioning the error was an oversight and not intentional and i have also asked if they will allow me to withdraw and I can pay new fees and submit a new application. now I have to wait and pray that they either let me withdraw or proceed with the existing application.

It was rejected once and it was H1B , i mentioned these two things.

for some it may be an innocent mistake. Some are over smart and IRCC is even smarter.

can someone here help me too … My husband is a citizen of canada and he has applied my PR … I had 4 US visit visa refusals, 1 student visa refusal for canada and 1 TRV refusal for canada … My husband knew about this but he forget to add US refusals in my PR application … Now IRCC has wrote back to us to provide an explanation …. can someone guide me here ….

I would recommend you hire an immigration lawyer to help you respond to this letter since you failed to declare 4 refusals.
