Hello,
After applying for a student visa for the 4th time and waiting since 11th of Feb. 111 days, I get this letter this morning

procedural fairness
As per Section 16(1) of the Act, a person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

I have concerns that you do not meet the requirements for a study permit.
Specifically, I am not satisfied that you have submitted a genuine bank statement.

I would like to give you an opportunity to respond to these concerns. Your response and any relevant documents must be received in our office within 15 days from the date of this letter. If you fail to comply with this requirement, a decision concerning your application will be made based upon the information already submitted with this application.

I have no idea how to respond since i applied all the four times with the same bank statement from the same bank and it is my real bank statement of 115.000CAD$.
I'm literally stunlocked and have no idea what to do so i thought i'd ask for your help. i searched all over google and everywhere i didn't find anything on this specific reason please help since i only got 15 days to respond, what should i do? should i just send back a new statement from the same bank or just change banks or what should i do i have no idea.

Was it a bank statement downloaded from bank's website or you got printed bank statement with sign and stamp?

Don't reply to them all by yourself, hire a lawyer, people have tried responding to them and it has rarely worked.

Are you from Nigeria by any chance? Did you use the same bank statement all 4 times or attached updated bank statements?
I'm from Jordan, i've used the same statement from the same bank but with newer dates as fit to the dates i applied in, everytime i applied i got a new statement. i've been applying for almost a year now, my first application was in 28th of July 2021.

Check all 4 of your bank statements and see if there is something wrong that made them suspicious.

Scrutinize all your bank statements if anything doesn't add up, or any discrepancy....did you apply your study permit yourself, or personally requested bank statement or someone did for you?

I asked my bank for the bank statement and applied all by myself

Are you using that bank for other regular transaction for your personal use?? Is there any addition or deduction in your funds?? As per my Opinion, You might have shown same funds in every application. Although you have given updated statement each time with updated dates, They are suspecting that you are only changing the dates on bank statement. This scenario only applicable if there is no transaction in all statements that you provided since first application.

The bank statement i provided is full of transactions and the balance did change a lot since it's my personal bank account i do my work with, i'd withdraw and deposit regularly.

Then respond to the PFL attaching evidence that support your bank statement is legit...

Ohk ,Then provide another updated bank statement along with proof of income source of funds. Get a stamped letter from bank or another possible documents to support your bank statement.

You can write few words regarding the source of income and your savings. But, Attached documents will satisfy them more than any explanation. So, Try to attach supporting documents as much as possible.

Have you paid any tuition fee in advance? Who is sponsoring your studies and living cost parents or yourself?
