Proccessing time of Sponsoring Parents?

Hi everyone.
Type of application is Family sponsorship ( Parents is living in Vietnam). My application has met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor on 27 June, 2016. The Application for Permanent Residence for your relative has been forwarded to the visa office in CPC-Ottawa (I think that is Singapore). Now, it has been almost 5 months but I have not received any information about my application
I wrote a letter to ask them. Finally, I received a letter which said my applicant is in processing time. I wonder how long my parents can come Canada. If someone who know
Can tell me ? Thank you so much

CPC-Ottawa is in Ottawa. it is the office that is handling your application

Thank you for your answer. My applicant received in 2011. It is touching the end of the process.

This is content of letter " This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted on behalf of (Name of my father) and family (if applicable).
You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative has been forwarded to the visa office in CPC-Ottawa for further processing.This visa office was selected based on your relative’s home address and the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act."

they are sending some applications to Ottawa office for processing instead of some LVO "Local Visa Office" (I guess they are trying to go faster with the processing time)
