Problems with Accura Ghana

Anyone having problems with Accura Ghana , we are having problem after problem and its not right

We were giving 30 days to provide more evidence of our genuine marriage and when we tried to send them they blocked our email address? Why on earth would that happen ?

How do you know it's blocked?
If your email is not going thru, it could be too large? There are ways to reduce the sizing. I cannot help with that part. Also why not mail additional evidence? Also perhaps you are not sending to right email address?
