Problems trying to pay for my applications fees pls HELP from NIGERIA !!!!!

Please am a newbie in this forum .
I tried paying for my application fees for the university of Regina from Lagos Nigeria .
and i cant use a credit card except i call the financial service on phone and provide my credit card information .
after filling the application form i was supposed to pay online before finishing but i just submitted now i cant return to the application page to make payment it has to be done via mail or phone .

I was thinking should i just send it via FedEx as i already send all my original transcripts to the university of Regina since February its taking time and i have to apply for my visa soon because i applied for the fall of 2012 .
Because i sent money through wire transfer and the school told me it would take 6 - 8 weeks before they would receive the money .
Please help as i am confused totally .

Hey Tayo, i'm in lag too. I'd advise you explain things to the international admission consultant. Let him/her know that you've already submitted your application and didn't pay the application fee immediately. They might give you a stress-free option. Also, you might wanna pay via phone, call the provisioned # and provide your card details let them direct debit the fee. Take care

Thanks Symbian but unfortunately my card has not been activated .
And i am willing to pay if someone is gonna help me do it .
I need urgent assistance because of visa stuffs .

Bro, this thing ain't hard. Which card did you apply for? I'd advise you use UBA Africard, infact, its your best bet for this kind of payment and you can get the non-personalised one instantly at any UBA branch. Secondly, i believe you can still submit your application to VAC by late april. I hope everything works well for you... If you have any more issue i might be able to help let me know ;-)

@sybmian Thanks you are too "gbaski , Your head is there <------- Local Nigerian slang " i just rushed to UBA today to get the card i already applied and they said its gonna cost 1k . after 3days when it get activated i would just pay on phone straight .

hehe! anytime bro if i can help, then why wount i? didn't you apply for the INSTANT visa card, or you chose the personalised? Which often comes with your name on it?
Coz i'm wondering why you've gotta wait more three days :-?
Whichever way, just get it and pay the application fee. The card is accepted by countless merchants, so no lele.
Btw, you going for undergraduate or graduate program?

Though i have My diploma in software development 2007 - 2011
I have My C.E.H and my MCTS so i have a good feeling my chances are very high .
