WELL I WENT THROUGH A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH SINP APPLICATIONS AND HAVE LEARNT A LOT REGARDING SINP, SO DECIDED TO START A THREAD TO DISCUSS THEM WITH OTHER BUDDIES WHO ARE JUST TENSED BECAUSE OF THEIR SINP.

The main problem is that they are slow.I heard that the staff are not very well trained...thats causing the delay.

I guess the main issue is last year they issued too many nominations without any records and now they are trying to control and improve the luxury they had last year and in between they implemented new rules and procedures for SINP without any proper notification or indication to students or their family class and now messing up which is out of imagination.

yeah.....most of the time they dont have an answer, they just tell us whats there on the website... other than that they are just not trained up. I also think that they dont have enough staff.

yeah u r very right......they implemented too many changes in a shot span of time and that too without understanding proper consequences,...instead of improving the system....it actually created chaos and even the SINP staff was not ready for it. The most messed up part is the introduction of employer job approval letter through SINP.

I hear that they found people using this program in wrong way and also found some fake job offers so they slow down very hard on nomination..............

All these problems arise bcos of few crooks who want to trick the system somehow. Now bcos there were some fake job offers,SINP started this job confirmation letter thing......which ultimate led to the slow down of the process.

The confirmation of job approval form from the SINP Unit should have not been required to those skilled workers who are already working in SK and can apply under the Existing Work Permit Category. What's the use of that when there is already a Labour Market Opinion from SC and a Closed Work Permit issued by CIC? The present work in SK just proves that the job offer was indeed genuine... Geezzzz....

Guys, God know what is reality.............? I read some post today that few 2011 applicant get nomination so they(SINP) start again slowly i guess....

Lets stay positive and all the best to all.............................

I think skilled worker would be a good choice as it has fewer qualification conditions and its faster than the family referral.
