Hello, I try to pay my family application several times with the correct information of the credit card, with another credit card, with my wife credit card but no success, I also talk to the bank searching for some problem with my credit and they told me that everything is ok, also they inform me that they check the system and they do not find any attempt to credit the card so they think that the problem is in the sours that is trying to charge, there is any phone number in order to find answers about this, any help ??
