problems of immigrants in finding jobs in canada.. can any immigrant share his/her experience?

I'm not sure if this is going to be a useful thread. Everybody will be a unique case.
For example, I had a company already interested in employing me before I actually settled in Canada. This is not the usual case. It was directly attributable to personal networking and who speaks to who...
Don't stay in Canada? Why not? I love this country and have no intention of leaving.

If you've really been in Canada and feels this way after spending time here, it's safe to assume you are doing a number of things wrong. There are numerous opportunities here and if you take the time to prepare yourself to fit in, it's a wonderful place to be.
This is mostly about physicians. The IMG requirements are very easy to find online. It is very easy to find that it will be extremely difficult to get licensed in Canada. I discourage physicians from moving to Canada on this forum all the time. Most think they will be the less than 1% that gets the chance at being licensed in Canada. We do have to give priority to the medical students training in Canada.
